This project involves the development of country portals for Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador, whose objectives are to provide information in connection with drug control, provide services to the various operators and/or industries that use controlled substances, provide and make available to the public the appropriate application forms relating to use of controlled substances, and to monitor controlled-substance use.

This project includes the design of a Regional Portal to consolidate the information from these five countries for use by global-community entities concerned with or involved in drug control.
