Two significant developments of nationwide impact have been performed. One is called a Processing System, which enables dynamic definition and capture of data relating to marketing and use of state-controlled substances. This processing is based on workflow that may be customized by DNE officials, thereby enabling them to expedite and monitor the entire process. 

The second project is the “Drug Observatory”, which serves as a documentation center for the different actions and programs undertaken by both governmental and private agencies involved in the war against international drug trafficking.
